1. Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the booked slot.
- Last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds
- Full refunds will be initiated only if the event is cancelled by us.
- For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
3. Payment Failures
In case of payment failure, the amount (if debited) will be auto-refunded within 5–7 working days by the payment gateway.
